When the cursor is in a child record, it is sometimes very convenient to be able to quickly go to the parent record corresponding to that child object.  This is easy.

• With the cursor in a child record (Invoices, in the picture below), click on the Find Parent button  The parent record will then be set to the Invoices query record in that recordset.

• Note:  if the parent record can't be found in the current parent filter, the program will remove the filter and try to find it in the entire recordset.
